Leslie Hawkins graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Health Promotions and a minor in Social Sciences. After completing her internship with the Multnomah County Environmental Health Department as a Health Educator she became the Executive Assistant to the Director of HERI and the Director of CIRP.
