Established in 2000. The YFCY Survey is the first national survey designed specifically to assess the academic and personal development of students over the first year of college. See the Your First College Year Survey page
DLE Survey captures student perceptions regarding the institutional and campus climate and student learning outcomes. Diverse student populations are at the center of the survey, and the instrument is based on studies of diverse student bodies and the complexity of issues that range from student mobility to intergroup relations. CS Survey connects academic, civic, and diversity outcomes to measure the impact of college. Although the CSS can be used as a stand-alone instrument, it can also be used in conjunction with the CIRP Freshman Survey (TFS), the Diverse Learning Environments Survey (DLE), or the Your First College Year Survey (YFCY). Your faculty are essential to the main educational mission at your institution. Given their importance, it is vital to monitor aspects of their experience. The HERI Faculty Survey provides institutions with a comprehensive, research-based picture of key aspects of the faculty experience. See the full HERI Faculty Survey page
The Staff Climate Survey (SCS) is designed to assess the campus climate for diversity from the staff/administrator perspective. By capturing staff members’ perceptions of diversity and campus climate issues, you can better understand their needs and what your campus can do to improve the experiences of employees at your institution.
